Ingredients
2 Pieces of Dave's Killer Bread Thin Slice
1/4 Cup Egg Whites (or more!)
1 Piece of Sliced Cheddar Cheese
2 Pieces of Turkey Bacon
Spritz of Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook your turkey bacon and set aside in a tupperware container.
Wipe pan clean and spritz with olive oil spray.
Add 1/4 cup egg whites to the pan, lifting and moving the pan around to gently distribute the eggs evenly.
Once the egg whites are fully set and no longer runny (about 1 minute), flip them over. They may break a little which is okay! Cook for 1 additional minute.
Once both sides have been cooked, fold the egg whites up into a patty that will fit on your bread. Set aside.
Lightly spritz your pan again and place one piece of bread in the pan.
Load up the bread with 1 piece of cheese, 2 pieces of cooked turkey bacon, and your egg white patty. Top with the other piece of bread.
Lightly spray your top piece of bread with olive oil spray.
Cook the sandwich, flipping it a couple of times until the cheese is melted, and the bread is toasted to your liking.

Pro Tips
-Add more egg white to boost protein content! Every additional tablespoon will add 8.3 calories and 1.66g of protein!
-I like to use the pan to toast my bread because it makes the outside crispy while keeping the inside soft; however, this can be time consuming. Use a regular toaster for your bread and load up the sandwich after if you are short on time!
-Having the turkey bacon prepped for the rest of the week makes this a meal that is ready in less than 5 minutes!
-If you want to increase your micronutrients, feel free to add some crispy kale to the toastie, or grab a piece of fruit for the side!
