Cold Chicken Pesto Sandwich

Recipe makes 1 sandwich, but ingredients purchased creates 6 servings!

Ingredients

  • 1 Orowheat Sandwich Thin

  • 2 TBS Barilla Pesto

  • 2.5oz Pulled Rotisserie Chicken

  • 1.3oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 Slice Tomato

  • 1 tsp Balsamic Glaze

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach


Instructions

  1. Take sandwich thin and apply 1 TBS of pesto to each side of the bread (2 TBS total!)

  2. Add 2.5 ounces of rotisserie chicken, one slice of a large tomato, and 1.3 ounces of cheese (aka 1/6 of the small Great Value mozzarella log).

  3. Drizzle the tomato and mozzarella with 1 tsp of balsamic glaze (this is not the same thing as balsamic vinegar!)

  4. Top with 1/2 a cup of spinach and close up the sandwich.

  5. Enjoy!
