Ingredients
1 Package Dave's Killer Buns Done Right
1 Container Trader Joe's Kale Pesto (or a jar of Barilla Rustic Basil Pesto)
1.25 lbs Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 Package Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
3 oz Thinly Sliced Genoa Salami
1 Package Provolone Cheese
1.25 Cups Spinach
1/2 Red Onion, sliced
1 Jar Banana Peppers
Instructions
Set your oven to broil.
If making 1 sandwich at a time, take 1 bun and place it on a baking sheet.
Spread 1 TBS pesto on each side of the bun (2 TBS total).
On the top side of the bun place 4 oz of turkey. On the bottom of the bun place 3 thin slices of salami (about 15g), 5 slices of turkey pepperoni, and 1 piece of provolone cheese.
Keeping the sandwich open, place it in the oven and broil until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove the sandwich from the oven and top with 1/2 cup of spinach, 2 TBS of banana peppers (or more!), and about 2 TBS of red onion.
Close up the sandwich and enjoy!

Pro Tips
You will have a few ingredients left over with this meal unless you purchase more salami and more turkey. Grab 2 lbs of turkey and another package of salami in order to use up all the rest of your ingredients!
This works just as well in a toaster oven!
